Cable Tie Base - Self Adhesive - ACTB-001-BLK

Two mountings are assembled on a backing strip, which makes the removal of the mountings from the strip far easier to achieve. The mounting will withstand continuous temperatures of -20C to +60C. They can also be supplied with acrylic adhesive, where they will serve in continuous temperatures from -40C to +80C, making them suitable for automotive applications.

Material
Nylon 6/6 – noted for its toughness, electrical insulation properties and chemical resistance. Our black clips are resistant to U.V. radiation and is therefore suitable for exposure to sunlight and external conditions.

The adhesive consists of a white polyethylene foam, coated on both sides with a high performance synthetic rubber adhesive, providing a particularly high level of instant tack combined with high shear adhesion.
